Operator in NYC

We’ll be in NYC April 10-14. Here’s a summary of Operator speaking engagements, performances, exhibitions, & panels.

April 12 (12-2pm)

Artnet and Metalabel will host a talk by Operator titled “On Generative Choreography” which is followed by a conversation between Operator and Erick Calderon of Art Blocks.

April 8 (8pm-12am) 

Operator’s piece “Line Scanner” (2016), Ania Catherine and Dejha Ti’s first collaboration, will be featured in Excavating Ex Machina, a group show and event at Lume Studios in collaboration with Subjective Art and 11-88 World. Other exhibiting artists include Anne Spalter, Ana Maria Caballero, Addie Wagenknecht, Olive Allen, Linda Dounia. Curated by Raina Mehler.

April 11 (5-8pm)

Operator will be present at iCONoclast, an event hosted by JPG and the Gallery of Crypto Art. Dejha will give a lightning talk, other speakers include Joshua Citarella, Lucien Smith, and Brian Muraresku. Ania will be rehearsing Operator’s upcoming work in the middle of the party.

April 13 (5:15-6pm)

Finally, Operator will participate in a panel conversation on the subject “Beyond Web3 Art” at Proof of People with Charlotte Kent, Carla Gannis, and Andrew Benson moderated by Brian Droitcour.
